Super Girl

in case we make it out alive, dont forget to write. turn the street lights off if i dont come back, you know where i’ll be. violets in the wheat field. im still running towards you from a million miles away. im still hitting train tracks when it says the engines coming to collide, and ill never stop until i reach the end. light up the crematorium they shout, we’re gonna have a lovers cook out. bbq these beauties, till we can smell their flesh melt down. didnt see me coming, or hit the ground stunning, my legs keep pumping to find you safe and sound. ill burn this place till youre found, in my arms lover. she! they say. comic voice boom! ill fill this room, ultra violence, death punch hunch. even if you walked away, i wouldnt let them take you sweetheart. im still fighting road blocks, setting off sharp shocks, filling their skin with shrapnel, organs penetrated, useless, dilapidated. winding barbed wire around my fist, come after this, youll have to take it. because im the rat racer, the tik tok chaser, the girl with the golden rule, and i wont break my promises. beat you back with pocket aces, fill in the bullet holes with cotton balls, sew up wounds myself. i never knew i was super human, until life gave me a reason. thats where i stand from now until the end.
